An independent family owned business, Century PR was founded by experienced former journalist John Clarke OBE and his wife Celeste.
Originally launched as Central Public Relations, CPR was the first ever PR agency in Coventry enjoying swift expansion in its first four years in business, eventually selling to a southern-based marketing communications plc.
CPR was subsequently rebranded as Century PR and grew rapidly attracting and retaining major clients including TNT Express, London Taxis International, Coutts, Disney/Buena Vista, Grundig and NavTrak, to name but a few. Today Century is based in Regency offices in Royal Leamington Spa maintaining its core values of partnership, quality, transparency, creativity, consistency and innovation, underpinned by a results driven ethos and most importantly always delivering our promises.
Founder Directors John and Celeste Clarke are actively involved in the business and are also committed to supporting the local community and charitable causes.
John and Celeste Clarke, directors of Century PR, have been active in the community of Coventry and Warwickshire for many years, on the committees of local organisations as well as fundraising for charities including the NSPCC, Zoe’s Place and more recently the Coventry & Warwickshire Children’s Charity. They have previously organised an annual garden party at their home for 15 consecutive years, raising hundreds of thousands of pounds for Boole House, the former NSPCC Child Abuse Centre in Coventry.
